If you own a Samsung Frame TV, you might want to personalize it by showcasing your own photos or artwork. In this blog post, I’ll discuss a few methods for uploading your personal artwork to use with the Frame Art Mode, allowing you to tailor your living space to your unique tastes!

Method 1: With Your Smart Phone

1. Download Art to your smart phone.
2. Navigate to your Downloads folder on your phone and save the image to your Photos App (usually required with iPhones).
3. Ensure Samsung SmartThings App is installed on your smart phone.
4. Ensure Samsung SmartThings App is connected to the same Wi-Fi Network as your Frame TV.
5. Open SmartThings App on your smart phone.
6. Find your Samsung Frame TV in the list of devices and tap on it.
7. Tap on the Art Mode tab.
8. Tap the blue button at the bottom right corner of the screen to add Art.
9. Select the image from your Photos App that you want to add to your Frame TV. Note: sometimes if the file was created a while back, it may be sorted farther back in your Photos App Library.
10. Tap on the Open button.
11. Tap on the Add to Screen button a couple times.
12. Note: you can change the mat options before or after you add the art.

Method 2: With a USB Drive

1. Download Art to your computer and transfer to a USB drive.
2. Connect your USB drive to the One Connect Box your Frame TV is connected to.
3. While in Art Mode on your Frame TV, press select on your OneRemote.
4. Use the directional pad on the OneRemote to navigate to “My Collection.”
5. Select the connected USB storage device.
6. Use the directional pad on the OneRemote to browse through the pictures.
7. Select the image you want to import, and select “Save” at the top of the screen.
8. Highlight and select “Save Selected” to import the selected images. Note: do NOT remove the USB storage device while the images are saving to The Frame.
9. To view the image you just imported, navigate to “My Collection” > “My Photos”.
10. Note: you can change the mat options before or after you add the art.
